🔁 Air King of America – Return Policy

At Air King of America, we stand behind the quality and durability of every product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll work with you to make it right.

 

✅ Eligible Returns

We accept returns on most unused and uninstalled items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required

  • Returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Installed or used parts

  • Custom-built or special order items

  • Electrical components (timers, switches, etc.)

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or use

 

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs

  • Ensuring the item is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit

 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

 

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after we receive the item

 

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.


 

🚫 Unauthorized Returns

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
